The Humber LEP Chair Lord Haskins has welcomed Wren kitchen’s decision to take on the old Kimberly Clark Barton-on-Humber site.
Humber LEP Chair Lord Haskins said:
“We are delighted to hear the former Kimberly Clark site will be re-energised and once again play an important part in the region.
“Wren’s commitment to keeping its manufacturing in the UK and making a further investment in the Humber is great news for the local economy and testament to good relationships with the local authority and MPs.
“It is excellent news that the Humber will benefit from a further substantial investment by the company, which will offer a broad range of jobs, and will help add to the region’s skills offer and support growth.”
