Applies to: Growth Deal projects

Growth Deal projects are required to follow our reporting and claims processes.  This ensures that we have accurate, up-to-date information on all projects to report to our Board, sub-boards, Government and the public; and sufficient evidence to be able to pay Growth Deal funding to projects.

All projects that have yet to complete are required to submit a pro-forma by the 15th of every month according to the following table.  A pro-forma is required regardless of whether or not the project has started or is claiming Growth Deal funding.

The monthly report form can be downloaded below.  The claims pack for 2017/18 will be issued to projects at the start of the year.

Post-completion

Completed projects are required to submit separate reports detailing the outputs they have achieved.  In some cases this will be for a period of several years.  The arrangements for this will be agreed on a project by project basis.
