Humber Business Week is being delivered this week in association with the Humber Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), the University of Hull and dozens of event-holders

The LEP has been a long standing partner of Humber Business Week and will host its AGM & Future Summit on Thursday 7th June, before the finale of
Ergo, a new £4 million business centre, officially opens its doors on Tuesday, 5 June as part of Humber Business Week.
The centre is situated at the heart of the Energy Estuary, in a prime location on the Bridghead business park, in Hessle.
Operated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, in partnership with the University of Hull, ergo provides flexible and modern office space and conference facilities with on-site parking. It is set to quickly establish itself as the region’s premier office
The Humber Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has announced the speakers for a key event next week where it will launch its blueprint for the next phase of the development of the Energy Estuary and the wider Humber economy.
The LEP is developing an Industrial Strategy for the region, which will set out how the Humber can grow key industry sectors. It will build on the successful development of the Humber’s offshore wind cluster, and the potential for SMEs in sectors like
The official launch of Humber Business Week 2018 was well attended at the University of Hull, with the Humber Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and Humber Growth Hub in attendance.
This event was a great opportunity to network and find out more about Biz Week in general, with delegates and university staff joined by sponsors, local authorities and local businesses.
The full programme of Business Week was showcased, with speakers, a brass brand and canapes to accompany the guests on the night.
