The LEP Board, Sub-Boards and LEP Employees are required to declare any gifts and hospitality worth £25 or over which they have received as a result of their membership of LEP, or in connection with their role from a person who is likely to be affected by a matter under consideration. The LEP Board and Sub-Boards are also required to declare gifts and hospitality over £50 in their individual registers of interests, which are updated at least every six months and published on the LEP website.
