The Fifty Plus working group, made up of business and public bodies, that reports directly to our Employment and Skills Board. The working group meet quarterly to look for opportunities and solutions for ‘Fuller Working Lives’. Retention, retraining and recruitment are the three pillars we use to develop suitable local actions, helping to shape and deliver the Humber’s Employment and Skills Strategy (http://www.humberlep.org/strategies-and-deals/employment-and-skills-strategy/).
