The key objectives of this group are:

•Consider the priority skills and employability issues for the Humber regions
•Manage the delivery of a skills implementation plan for the region with clear outcomes
•Use the collective voice of the group to influence development across the region
•Report back to the Humber LEP Board on progress and issues relating to skills and employability across the region.

The Employment and Skills Implementation group meet on a quarterly basis, reporting the group progress and issues to the Employment and Skills Board, which then reports into the main LEP board.
