The thirteenth year of Enterprise Week / Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) in Hull and East Riding once again celebrated enterprise and entrepreneurial spirit across the city.
The Hull Youth Enterprise Partnership said ‘It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to this report on Hull’s Global Entrepreneurship Week 2016, the thirteenth year the event has been held in our great city.’
Hull’s 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Week Report features an outline of each day that was run in Hull and East Riding by the Hull Youth Enterprise Partnership as well as quotes from young people who participated and comments from key sponsors and supporters.

This report highlights the amazing work that is undertaken by the Hull Youth Partnership to promote Entrepreneurship with our young people in the Hull and East Riding area, and is supported by the Humber LEP Employment and Skills Board.
‘65% of young people said they are more positive about self-employment as a career choice compared to before Global Entrepreneurship Week’. These are the businesses, board members, inventors and changers of the future, leading the Humber economy, having been given a deep understanding at an early age of where and how they can create, access assistance to grow, think outside of the box, and keep the Humber thriving.
