We are looking for a Careers Hub Enterprise Coordinator to join our existing team of Enterprise Coordinators and our Enterprise Adviser Network; to be based within the Humber LEP and support the work of the Humber Careers Hub.
The Enterprise Coordinator will sit at the heart of a network that connects schools in the Humber with Enterprise Advisers, who are volunteers from our business community. Already, we have many exceptional Enterprise Advisors from local businesses working with schools innovatively to improve careers and enterprise activities and better prepare young people for the world of work.
We are looking to grow the Enterprise Adviser Network and you will play a key role by recruiting new Enterprise Advisers and successful matching them with schools within the Careers Hub.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with senior leaders in Careers Hub schools, working closely with them to support a better understanding of their development needs around careers and enterprise education. You will help link schools to opportunities that will benefit their learners and enhance careers plans and you will also support our Enterprise Advisers as they identify ways to address the schools’ needs and drive improvements against the Gatsby Benchmarks.
