The detailed call document is available https://www.gov.uk/european-structural-investment-funds/humber-graduate-internship-programme-oc18s17p0908
The deadline for applications is 06 December 2017.
A total of £900,000 of funding is available under this call with a minimum threshold of £50,000 ESF.
Humber ESIF Committee Chair Isobel Mills said:
“This is an excellent opportunity for an organisation make a real impact in the Humber by supporting SMEs to realise the benefit from employing graduates.
Work is being done to increase the skills levels of the existing workforce, however, the potential offered by students and graduates from local HE and FE institutions needs to be maximised by SMEs locally
The successful programme will help stem the flow of young, talented and educated individuals leaving the Humber LEP Area to seek job opportunities elsewhere by creating opportunities for SMEs to develop and explore their potential for student and graduate employment opportunities.
We look forward to seeing projects come forward that will add value to the significant achievements already made in delivering our ambitious skills agenda locally.”
