The Bridlington Integrated Transport Plan Phase 2 scheme aims to expand on the work undertaken in Phase 1 and is the collective name for a further package of measures to improve the transport network in Bridlington.

The scheme aims to support future development in the town and improve conditions for drivers in Bridlington town centre by straightening and widening local roads, constructing a new bridge, and improving the current car parking supply and its arrangement. Improvements to sustainable modes are proposed as part of the scheme including the creation of a public realm station plaza and improvements to local footpaths and cycle links.
