The project aims to facilitate the renovation of shared office space within the Historic Danish Buildings and adjoining Grade II Listed Bayles House on High Street in Hull (HU1 1PS).

The development will seek to produce new managed workspace/ incubation space, and will support business to business collaboration whilst incorporating modern, shared, meeting and break-out areas as well as bespoke accommodation for business start-ups and businesses looking to grow, whilst being mindful to retain the character of the historic trading buildings.
