The proposed project seeks to construct the final phase, ‘Phase 3’, of the @thedock office development which will provide 31,132 sq ft NIA (36,605 sq ft GIA) of Grade A office space.

The buildings will be of high quality with an iconic design to complement the existing buildings on the development as well as its wider context set within the Old Town Conservation area and in close proximity to Sir Terry Farrell’s ‘The Deep’ aquarium building.

 

 

Phase 3 will provide the final piece of the jigsaw completing the original regeneration masterplan by constructing 36,605 sqft (GIA) of high specification, modern, Grade A office space with ultra fast gigabit fibre connections aimed at expanding C4Di and Hull’s Digital and Tech sector.

The project will provide follow on and upsizing space which will free up start up space within the existing C4Di building.

The building will provide suites from 1,000 sqft and is designed to be flexible so that it could accommodate any occupier space requirement up to 31,132 sqft. (NIA)

The final phase will provide space set within the @thedock development and will be part of the C4Di community.

The C4Di provides the links and connections between the sole traders/SME’s looking to launch start up ideas. It also provides a portal connecting Sole traders/SMEs with big enterprises who need assistance in adapting and maintaining their competitive edge as commerce goes increasingly digital.
