The project will deliver junction improvements to the junction of the A1173 and Kiln Lane Roundabout at Stallingborough to unlock the first phase (13.6 hectares) of development of the Stallingborough Interchange strategic employment site.
This site will be attractive to ports, logistics and manufacturing users as a result of its strategic location in close proximity to the Port of Immingham and A180.
The project will de-risk and accelerate development of the site for the private sector. Existing road users will also benefit from improved highway infrastructure provision.
