The Stallingborough Strategic Employment Site, part of the Humber Enterprise Zone, is close to the Port of Immingham and adjacent to the A180. It is ideal for logistics sector development to support further growth in containerised freight volumes. This project will ensure the delivery of on-site infrastructure and overcome the acute shortage of high quality, serviced employment land in the area.

The project builds on the progress made through an earlier Growth Deal project, Stallingborough Interchange, to enable the development of the Enterprise Zone site.
