The Humber LEP is delighted to announce the new chair and vice chair roles have been filled following a nomination and interview process by Employment and Skills Board members and stakeholder colleagues.
The new chair is Daniel Brett, Assistant Principal at Bishop Burton College and the new vice-chair is Sharon Gamble, Apprenticeship and Business Lead Manager, Hull Training and Adult Education.
Daniel and Sharon will lead the further development of the Network building on the considerable success of former chair and vice chair Iain Elliott and Bill Meredith.
Teresa Chalmers, Exec Director Employment and Skills commented:
“We are really looking forward to Daniel and Sharon’s leadership of the Network which has grown from strength to strength and now benefits from over 400 members.
“The LEP is very appreciative of all stakeholder and partner members who are driving the Employment and Skills Strategy and in many cases, delivering programmes to implement the seven strategic priorities.”
